                                    advocating for the planning and implementation of the Trail%u2019s full master plan.%u201d That master plan will eventually expand the Trail to a 16-mile path between the scenic Sands Beach in Port Royal and the Whale Branch River in Seabrook. %u201cTen miles of the planned 16 have been built, so there%u2019s still a long way to go,%u201d Sissy points out. But the work is paying off. %u201cMore than a quarter of those enjoying the Spanish Moss Trail are visitors to the area, helping fuel the economy.
