The Smith/Rugala Home
Designer: Tidal Creek Haven – Gillian Csernica & Courtney Tangalos Home Sponsor: Low Country Insurance
Tidal Creek Haven will create the ultimate cozy holiday cottage using their signature natural and welcoming elements with greenery and re-imagined traditional Christmas décor. The original home was built in 1934 and was renovated with added space in 2000. The large, open family room features a vaulted ceiling and is the perfect setting for the impressive, eclectic art collection. The designers will incorporate the homeowners’ family decorations with their unique special touches to create a perfect home for the holidays!

The O’Kelley Home
Designer: Outrageous Floral Design – Sally Hendricks
Home Sponsor: Sutton Construction Company
Fondly known as “The Fordham House,” this gracious home was built in 1938. The latest renovations included adding a den, powder room and cottage to enhance the living space of this Southern charmer. It is in keeping with this theme that Sally Hendricks will deck the halls with magnolias and smilax, using some of the family’s treasured holiday decorations. The beautiful gardens surrounding the house add the finishing touch to this special home. This is the perfect setting for a Traditional Christmas.

The Bardenwerper Home
Designer: E. Claire Design – Liz McEnaney
Home Sponsor: Allen Patterson | Garden Sponsor: Palms on the Parkway
The owner of this exquisite home is from Kentucky so it is no surprise that Liz McEnaney decided to go with “Christmas Breakfast” following the Hunt as the theme for her décor. This home was originally built in 1952 but was renovated in 2017. The breakfast table will be set with vintage Spode china which inspired the red and green foliage throughout the house. The living room will have a cozy holiday feel centered around the fireplace that showcases showmanship of years past. The recently added music room will feature a tree adorned with vintage brass fox hunting horns and other sentimental items and spotlight a pianist providing holiday entertainment!

The Altman Home
Designer: M Home and Garden – Lisa Mykleby | Home Sponsor: Grayco
Garden Sponsor: BPG Landscape Design & Construction
Traditional Modern best describes this amazing 3 year old, open floor plan home. Owner designed, every aspect of the house has the look of a “labor of love” from the contemporary furnishings and artwork to the incredible outdoor living space with tabby flooring and a fireplace. Lisa Mykleby will bring her design expertise and unique Christmas ideas to complement all of the special aspects of this unique home. The back patio, surrounded by gardens and walkways, will be decorated to create a perfect space for holiday entertaining, family gatherings or just a haven for relaxation.

The Kluttz Home
Designer: Sweet Bay – Maggie Engstrom | Home Sponsor: The Greco Group
Built in 2018, this beautiful, open floor plan home was designed as a personal retreat and has an understated feel but is rich with design. Maggie Engstrom will complement the homeowner’s beautiful art and furnishings with natural textures and metallic finishes with emphasis on winter florals. Using vibrant green, white and blue, she and her team will create Woodland Christmas using natural elements, garden statuary and plenty of whimsy! The outdoor living space with fireplace will bring the outside in with amazing views of the Intracoastal Waterway. Using a mix of fresh and faux greenery and lots of candles, this home will be the perfect holiday sanctuary.

The Jameson Home
Designer: Found for Home – Jennifer Hagenbugh
Home Sponsor: The Pool Company, LLC
The Vintage Christmas theme for this home is inspired by the homeowner’s travels, love of tradition, and her love of mixing old with new. Originally a 1940s duplex, this home was renovated to make the most of the breathtaking views of the Intracoastal Waterway. Jennifer Hagenbugh’s holiday design will pull from days of Christmas past with beautiful greenery, nostalgic ornaments, mercury glass and beautiful jewel tones. The tree will be adorned with ribbons, garlands, vintage ornaments and color lights. So take a step back in time and enjoy the trip down memory lane with Found for Home.

The Bomar Home
Designer: The Social Betty – Kelsey Bacon & Maleia Everidge
Home Sponsor: Live Oak Builders | Garden Sponsor: Buds & Blooms
This quaint and charming home was originally built in 1939 and extensively renovated 10 years ago. The ranch style home has an open floor plan with kitchen and dining room opening onto the lovely outdoor living space. The design color palette will be pink (Pink is Posh!), green and white using fresh and faux greenery and will incorporate the homeowner’s family china for the formal tabletop. The outdoor living space will feature a live tree inspiring an organic vibe using cotton and fresh greens with colorful handmade ornaments. This home will be a “Christmas Extravaganza” that will surely kick off the holiday season.
