Join us for a walking tour of 6 exquisite homes located in Islands of Beaufort, a private, waterfront community overlooking the tidal marshes of Battery Creek. It is a rare opportunity to experience the natural beauty of this hidden gem of the Lowcountry. The homes will be professionally decorated for the holidays by local interior designers and talented artists. You will be inspired with many new and exciting ideas for creating your own Holiday Magic!
Featured designers include Cheryl Martineau and Susan Mills (Where’d You Get That?), Bridget Boggiano and Connie Rambo (Lowcals, LLC), Brittany Parris and Ryan Scallate (Lowcountry Elite LEHS), Lisa Taylor (Covey Collective Staging & Design) with Carly Scarboro (C Lorraine Creative Co.) and Kati Barnes (Charter One Realty), and Jana Gray Frederick (Jana Gray Interiors) with Kelsey Bacon (Wallpaper on Wheels).
A Candlelight Tour and Silent Auction will be held Friday, November 20, 5:00-7:30 p.m.
Tickets are $115 (fees included) and must be purchased online in advance. (Limited tickets available.)
Enjoy Champagne and Hors d’oeuvres as you tour these six fabulous Islands of Beaufort homes in the evening, festively illuminated with holiday decor and luminaries accompanied with live seasonal music. Unique and exciting auction items will be available for bidding on Friday evening, including: renowned chef Paul O’Toole will help you host a cocktail party for 10 in your home; Pontoon Party for 8 with lunch hosted by Les and Jessica Vaughan; Mahjong Porch Party for 16 hosted by Nancy Guyden including a delightful afternoon of Mahjong with a scrumptious variety of assorted tea cakes, sandwiches, and petit fours; and dinner and a round of drinks for 12 at the Fillin’ Station.
This is just a sampling of the irresistible items available to tempt you! Don’t miss this magical evening with a chance to meet the designers and homeowners. There are only a limited number of tickets available and must be purchased in advance. Special VIP parking is available Friday night only.
Saturday and Sunday Day Tours will be held November 21 and 22 from 11:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. Tickets are $65 in advance and $70 on the day of the tour. Saturday and Sunday tickets may be purchased in advance on the website or at area businesses (cash or checks only) including Sweet Bay, Sassafras on Carteret, The Kitchen, Dataw Island Pro Shop, Celadon Club, Markel’s in Bluffton, and Saint Peter’s Catholic Church office. They may also be purchased at will call on the days of the tour. Saturday and Sunday parking is only available at Beaufort County School District Office, 2900 Mink Point Blvd. Shuttle buses will be provided. Buses will run every 10 minutes. There will be no parking in Islands of Beaufort. Restrooms will be available at both the Beaufort County School District Office and the Islands of Beaufort Club House.
